Our featured chef is Michael Stuckey, executive chef at Southern Way Catering in Columbia, S.C. As a child in the south, Chef Stuckey remembers being in the kitchen with his mother and grandmother preparing home-cooked meals, making jams and preserves from scratch, and frying up just about everything. Those early influences, as well as his love of local ingredients, are what inspires his southern tradition-rooted menus today.
